 Join us every Saturday from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. for our SATURDAY TEA & COFFEE at Exotic Bamboo Tea House at 1475 University Avenue at Normal Street on the south side of University.  Phone: (619) 818-4099.  They have over 200 kinds of teas, plus coffee.   This relaxed and friendly gathering is a great way to meet many of our members and find out more about our club.

• SEPT 3 (SAT) - GAME NIGHT - 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm
  Join the group as we play party games at the Exotic Bamboo Tea House on University at Normal St.  No experience necessary!  Past games have included Cranium, Taboo, Catch Phrase, Mah Jhong,  Rummikube.  Bring your favorite or just bring yourself.  Play along or just watch and hang out and meet new friends.  Contact is Brad.
   
• SEPT 10 (SAT) - See the fabulous production of "Miss Saigon" with your fellow club members at the outdoor Starlight Bowl in Balboa Park , Saturday Sept. 10 at 7:30 PM.  Based on Puccini's opera, Madame Butterfly, this epic production centers on the romance between a strong-willed Vietnamese woman and an American soldier during the Vietnam War.  Show starts at 8:00, but it's highly recommended that you arrive by 7:30 as parking is limited. Our group tickets for rows UU and VV have all been sold but additional tickets can be purchased directly from the theater:

• SEPT 14 (WED) - Executive Committee meeting, 2nd Wed of each month.  Time: 7:00 - 8:30 pm.  Location this month: Chris's home, 3812 Park Blvd.  Contact "MERRIMAN" on the security directory.  All members are welcome to attend, but we'd like a courtesy call in advance to prepare seating. 
   
• SEPT 17 (SAT) - Potluck dinner at Jabie's  house.  Jabie has a jacuzzi, so bring your swimsuit... or don't!  Contact is Chris.

• SEPT 30 (FRI) - MOVIE NIGHT OUT
  San Diego Asian Film Festival  (6th Annual)
  This year, on  September 30 at 7:00pm, the San Diego Asian Film Festival will show their series of films at the Pacific Gaslamp 15 on 5th avenue downtown, for a bigger and better experience.  Enjoy Friday night's gay film selections by Asian artists.  Also check out their web site: http://www.sdaff.org

  San Diego Asian Film Festival  (6th Annual)
  This year, from September 29 through October 6, the 6th Annual San Diego Asian Film Festival will be at the Pacific Gaslamp 15 for a bigger and better experience.  Enjoy these gay and straight themed films by independent artists.  More info to come on the specific night for the gay themed films.  Check out their web site: http://www.sdaff.org

• OCT CRUISE ON THE HARBOR
  We will set sail from San Diego harbor for a guided tour.  Ship includes air-conditioned interior and a top deck for seeing the sights with the wind in your hair.   Date to follow.
